We now know we are in Tier 2 for the foreseeable future. We are determined to stay open but this does have significant implications on our ability to run a sustainable business, particularly the implications when serving alcohol. The number of staff needed has doubled and revenues have more than halved. To manage this we have furloughed some familiar faces and will operate different opening hours. No-one has lost their job and we hope to be able to continue in this way until free to operate normally again.
From Wednesday 2nd December we will be open from 9am to 2pm every day plus 5pm to 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays for the additional purchase of wines spirits and beers by the bottle.
During the day you will be able to sit in as part of your household or bubble with your coffee, cake, traybake, sausage roll etc. and at weekends we will add our tasty bacon rolls to the menu.
